This was a great project to work on before I hung up the uniform.

This was a good film to work on before I hung up the uniform.

I was able to travel and work with some amazing aviators from the 352d Special Operations Wing (and of course, working with Tom Cruise and Director Christopher McQuarrie was a nice bonus!) Hanging out with some cool Sailors on an aircraft carrier had me reminiscing about my days in the U.S. Marine Corps. It was fun!

Tom Cruise, Director Christopher McQuarrie (in the white vest) and me with some amazing Airmen and Sailors on an aircraft carrier during filming of Paramount Pictures’ “Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning.”

Huge thanks to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)'s Glen Roberts, the U.S. Navy's Russ Coons, David Daitch and Matthew Stroup and the Marine Corps' Alex Lim for looping the United States Air Force in to showcase airpower in a joint team effort.

And I'm grateful for Ciara Marie & Becky Heyse at Air Force Special Operations Command, and Gina Vaccaro McKeen and her team at the USAF/USSF Entertainment Liaison Office for collaborating with key players to bring this project across the finish line.

It’s always nice when the movie is kind enough to put your name in the credits!

Go see Paramount Pictures' Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning TODAY! (And be sure to cheer when you see the United States Air Force on the screen!)
